Please, arrive at least 5 minutes earlier to your class!
What to bring to your pilates class:

Comfortable workout attire: Wear something that allows you to move freely!
- Water bottle: Hydration is key!
- Pilates mat (optional): We have mats available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
- Towel: To stay fresh during your session.
- A positive mindset: Come ready to stretch, strengthen, and unwind!
We’ve got everything you need for a great class, but bringing these items will help you feel your best and get the most out of your session.
Modify your class date
Modify your class date
We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify the date of your class, you can do so up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply click the link in your confirmation email to reschedule your class or contact us via email or Whatsapp (+34 611 517 187) and we’ll be happy to assist with rescheduling.
Please note that modifications are not possible after the 12-hour window. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to your class!
Cancel your class
Cancel your class
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your class, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund.
Simply click the cancellation link in your confirmation email or get in contact with us via email or Whatsapp (+34 611 517 187) to cancel your booking.
Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund.
